These terms govern your use of EverGrid. By subscribing, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.
EverGrid provides a hosted portfolio website that automatically publishes rewritten versions of your authorized Instagram posts. We build, host, and maintain the site for the duration of your subscription.
EverGrid is CA$39 per month, billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You confirm you have the rights to the content you post and sync. You agree not to use EverGrid for unlawful content. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited licence needed to rewrite, format, and publish it on your website. On cancellation, you may export your content.
We work hard to keep your site online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
