EverGrid ("we", "us") builds and maintains zero-maintenance portfolio websites for creative and service businesses. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.
When you claim a site, we collect the details needed to run it: your name, email, business name, domain preferences, and payment details (processed and stored by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see your full card number). To publish your work, we access the public Instagram posts you authorize us to sync.
We use your information to build your website, rewrite and publish your posts, process your subscription, provide support, and send occasional service updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Your posts, images, and captions remain yours. You can edit, hide, or export your content at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us.
We rely on trusted providers including Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and the Instagram Graph API (post syncing). Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service.
